Northeast Frontier Railway is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the 2018 Posts of Group 'D' Clerk Recruitment 2012. On appointment they shall be entitled for the pension benefits as per the “New Restructured Defined Contributory Pension Scheme” applicable for the new entrants to the Central Government Services w.e.f.  01-01-2004.

Job Name  : Group 'D" Worker

Total Posts : 2018 (UR – 990 ; OBC – 528 ; SC – 293 ; ST – 147)

Pay Scale : PB1, Rs.5200 – 20200/- + GP Rs.1800/-

Examination fee : The examination fee for unreserved and OBC candidates is Rs.40 (Rs. Forty only). Candidates belonging to SC/ST, Physically Handicapped, women, minorities and economically backward classes are fully exempted from payment of examination fees. The examination fees shall be paid in the form of Indian Postal Order from any Post office drawn in favour of FA&CAO, N.F. Railway and payable at GPO, Guwahati.

Educational Qualification : Minimum 10th class pass or ITI or equivalent. Academic qualification must be from recognized educational institution/Board.

Note : Candidates not in possession of requisite educational, experience  certificate or appearing in the examination/awaiting result need not to apply.

Age Limit : 18 – 25 years as 15th October 2012 (Relaxation : SC/ST – 5 yrs ; OBC – 3 yrs )
